Special K Baked Yogurt with Berries

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Special K, crushed
  • 320 gms Hung yogurt
  • ¾ cups Fresh cream
  • ¾ cups Condensed milk
  • ½ tsp Vanilla essence

Directions:

1. In a baking dish put crushed special K at the bottom 2. Combine all remaining ingredients together. Whisk well to avoid lumps. Starin if necessary. 3. Pour in a baking dish. 4. Bake in pre-heated oven at 170C for 10-15 minutes. 5. Cool and garnish with special k and berries

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Special K
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt/ plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 cup Beaten Mixed fruit jam
  • 10 to 12 Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions:

1. Arrange each spoonful of Special K, mixed berries into each of parfait glass, then add spoonful of Yogurt and chopped walnuts. 2. Add another layer of the berries, Special K, walnuts each glass; garnish with fresh mint leaves and some strawberries. 3. Serve immediately.

The third dray of your GM weight lose plan will allow you to take both vegetables and fruits for the entire day. 

Make sure that you do not touch potatoes in the veggie section and also make sure that you do not consume bananas from the fruit section. You have the option of going for a fruit diet in the morning followed by a veggie diet in the afternoon and a fruit diet in the evening followed by a veggie and fruit diet at night.
